The NIHR Applied Research Collaboration in Greater Manchester welcomes applicants for their Pre-Doctoral Fellowship Programme starting in September 2021.
This is an excellent fully funded opportunity to develop a competitive PhD application through supervision, training and funded research time. The fellowship offers backfill for 50% FTE funding over one year or 25% FTE over two years (up to a maximum of £20,000 including on costs)
Eligibility criteria
- Registered health and care professional (excluding medicine and dentistry)
- Employed within one of these organisations: Northern Care Alliance; The Christie NHS Foundation Trust; Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust; Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust
- Graduate with a first degree
- Has academic supervisors in place, one of which is from the ARC-GM
