Feel Good Family Picnic – Rochdale

Tuesday 25 July, 11am-4pm

Falinge Park, Falinge Road, Rochdale, OL12 6JE

Our community research team will be  attending this new free event for families organised by the team behind Rochdale Feel Good Festival. They will be explaining how research is an everyday part of the NHS that improves patient care and encouraging families to get involved in a randomised trial of chocolate!

There will also be opportunities to share your views on what research should be prioritised and to find out about studies that might be relevant for you, as well as to hear about the work of Research for the Future.

Other Family Picnic fun activities will include performances, music, sports and shows for children of all ages.

The Feel Good Family Picnic is staged by Rochdale Council in partnership with Without Walls, a consortium of festivals and arts organisations. It has received funding from UK Government through the Shared Prosperity Fund and Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
