Endometriosis is one of the most common gynaecological disorders in women of reproductive age, affecting one in 10. It can have a significant and devastating impact and takes an average of 7.5 years to get a diagnosis from the onset of symptoms. The presentation will include an overview of the NCA Endometriosis Centre, the scope of practice, the way the centre runs, the types of treatments we offer and the patients we typically see.
